AIAA Welcomes student participants to the Region IV Student Conference. Students must join AIAA to be eligible to compete in the conference. For more information about Student Membership visit us online. Student membership is only $25 USD.

AIAA Author Kit

Your paper should be prepared according to AIAA Manuscript Preparation Kit. Please note that the paper can be no longer than 11 pages single column because this is a student competition. Masters Competition papers may have up to two student authors and list one faculty advisor as co-author.

AIAA Region IV Student Conference

The Conference receives its main financial support from a combination of the AIAA Foundation and contributions from industry.

A non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 for each student delegate and faculty advisor must accompany the completed registration forms and will be due at the end of the registration.  We do have a cancellation policy. We require that all cancellations occur by March 28, 2018. If you cancel after this date, there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Professional members are welcome to attend the  Regional Student Conference. There are no registration fees for professional members. However, professional members will be asked to pay to attend any events not included in the registration fee.
